Our tips

Best timing

Visit the monuments in the morning, rest at the riad in the afternoon, then walk down to Jemaa el-Fna at sunset.

Finding your way

The medina is very walkable. On arrival we give you an annotated map with districts, monuments and useful numbers.

Taxis

Petit taxis are cheap: ask for the meter or agree the fare before getting in. The riad is a few minutes from Bab Doukkala, where the taxi can drop you.

The souks

Take your time, compare, and bargain with a smile. We can point you to the craftsmen we know.
